Please note that advance reservations are required for treatments. Access to spa facilities is subject to availability and may vary for day guests and hotel residents.

Our Spa Naturel offers complimentary towels, robes, and slippers for guests enjoying spa treatments or day experiences. To maintain a calm environment, we kindly request that mobile phones remain on silent. Spa access is restricted to guests aged 16 and over.

To ensure a peaceful experience for all, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to unwind and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals may reduce treatment time to accommodate following guests. We recommend comfortable clothing and the use of swimwear in shared areas. Our therapists are happy to advise on suitable treatments for your needs.
